If something is wrong
If an item is damaged, incorrect, unsafe or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us with your order number, the affected product and details of the problem. You can submit a return request from the order page in your account.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. Nothing in these store terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For official guidance, see the ACCC information on repairs, replacements and refunds.
How we handle requests
Describe the issue and your preferred resolution. The team will review your request and respond in your account. Keep packaging and purchase details where practical. Contact us before returning perishable items so we can advise on the safest next step.
Change-of-mind requests
Please ask the store before returning an item because you changed your mind. Eligibility is considered by the store and is separate from your rights when goods do not meet consumer guarantees.
Refunds
Approved refunds are arranged through the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider controls when funds appear. A return request or approval is not itself a completed payment refund.
